For seamless transactions, BookAnEvent.in partners with leading Indian payment gateways—Razorpay (primary), PayU, Paytm, and Stripe. The following standards apply uniformly across every gateway.

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS–compliant gateways.
256-bit SSL encryption protects every card, UPI, wallet, and net-banking transaction.
Your card details are tokenised by the gateway; BookAnEvent never stores or sees your full payment data.
? Cancellations & Refunds

*Actual credit to your account depends on the gateway/bank; we issue the refund within the time shown.
? Dispute Resolution
First, email us with order ID and evidence: info@bookanevent.in or bookanevent.in@gmail.com.
We respond within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 3 working days.
If you raise a charge-back via Razorpay or another gateway, that process will follow this policy before the bank makes a final determination.
