1. Marketplace Role

BookAnEvent is a platform that connects Users (Customers) with Vendors (Service Providers). While we facilitate the booking and payment process, the actual fulfillment of the service is the responsibility of the Vendor.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings made through the platform are subject to availability. BookAnEvent charges a service fee (included in the final price) for facilitating the platform and ensuring quality control.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate event details. Any changes to event timing or location must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Vendor Quality

We work with verified partners only. However, BookAnEvent is not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of services booked through the platform.

5. Destination Events

For trips to Goa, Vietnam, or other international destinations, additional travel-specific terms and insurance requirements may apply as per the specific package details.
